A ground-up restoration spanning every system of the vehicle. Our average complete restoration takes approximately 1,500 hours over 12 to 18 months. No detail is too small to be overlooked.
Comprehensive inspection of every panel, component, and system. Approximately 100 photographs documenting the vehicle's condition. A detailed restoration plan is prepared outlining the scope of work, parts requirements, and timeline.
Complete teardown to bare chassis. Every bolt, bracket, and clip is catalogued, bagged, and labeled. The body is separated from the frame. Wiring harnesses are removed and mapped. Each system is documented for correct reassembly.
The chassis and body are sandblasted to bare metal, revealing the true condition of the structure. Rust is cut out and new steel welded in. Panels are aligned, gaps set, and surfaces prepared. Sheet metal is formed in-house when factory parts are no longer available.
Color-matched to the original factory code. Multiple coats of high-build primer, base coat, and clear coat applied in our climate-controlled spray booth. Final finish is wet-sanded through progressive grits and machine-buffed to a factory-correct gloss.
Engine and transmission are fully rebuilt with new bearings, seals, and gaskets. Suspension components are replaced or rebuilt. Brake system is overhauled with new cylinders, lines, and shoes or pads. Electrical system is tested end-to-end.
Seats are reupholstered in correct-specification leather or fabric. Headliner, carpets, and door panels are replaced. Woodwork is stripped and refinished. Instrument gauges are rebuilt and recalibrated. All chrome trim is replated or replaced.
Body is reunited with the chassis. All mechanical, electrical, and trim components are installed following the documentation created during disassembly. Torque specifications are followed throughout. Systems are tested individually before final integration.
Final fit and finish operations: glass, weatherstripping, lighting, emblems, tires, and wheels. The vehicle receives a full detail including paint correction, interior conditioning, and engine bay detailing. Road testing confirms all systems operate correctly before delivery.
